Return Policy:

If you decide your Diggs.pet purchase is not for you, we accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery for items in new, unused condition with their original packaging. Upon approval of your return request and receipt of the returned product, we will issue a refund less any applicable return shipping and restocking fees.

Return Shipping and Restocking Fees:

• Customers are responsible for return shipping and restocking costs, which will be deducted from the refund amount.
• Enventur kennels are subject to a $15 Return Shipping Fee + $22.43 Restocking Fee.

Shipping charges are non-refundable. Items must be returned in their original packaging, including all filler and protective materials. We do not accept returns or exchanges that are not in their original packaging.

Final Sale Items: Non-crate products under $200, including Bedding, Groov Training Aid, Treat Spreads, Poop Bags, Crate Bowls + Clips, Pee Pads, Enventur Accessories, and items purchased as Clearance or Refurbished, are final sale and not eligible for return. At Diggs, pet safety is our top priority, and due to sanitary concerns, we are unable to accept returns for these products. We appreciate your understanding.
